I believe the custom body data files (femalebody_01.nif, femalebody_0.nif, etc.) should be written to your MO folder under mods\BodySlide and Outfit Studio\meshes\actors\character\character.
I just did a new install of MO2 with the mods you're using and didn't need to fill in the Start in path for the BodySlide exectable, I just left that blank. Install BodySlide 2 and Outfit Studio by Ousnius and Caliente.
